Dave is a veteran online entertainment and video game professional with
twenty years of experience producing compelling products with Sega of
Japan, Time Warner Cable, Lockheed Martin, America Online, Intel and
General Electric. Responsible for the launch of nearly 100 consumer
products including video games, VoIP dashboards, social/community networks,
switched circuit phone applications, user interfaces, interactive television

Dave is a published author, artist, inventor, strategist and visionary.
He is the author of six filed patents in the virtual world space. He is the
inventor of the wildly successful AOL SuperBuddy 3D characters and several

Tony Podlaski - AKA Korvel Noh, CTO
A chemist by degree, a programmer by trade, and an entrepreneur at heart,
Tony Podlaski brings fifteen years worth of multimedia and programming
experience to Cranial Tap. Starting with his recording studio Karmic Burden
Sound through his tenure as co-founder, president, and lead programmer
of the multimedia development company Kingdom Interactive, Inc., his
technical knowledge and creative vision have been an integral part of
every project.
At Kingdom Interactive, Tony has overseen the creation of multiple
innovative and immensely popular web sites. From building the e-commerce
engine and content delivery system for Audio Kingdom, to publishing
Lightsource, one of the world's most popular photography podcasts, to
programming an ad management system for a client's network of sites which
at its peak delivered over one and a half million targeted ad impressions and
netted six figures of income daily, Tony has a broad range of experience
in the fine art of balancing content, function, and performance.
Chris Hodgdon - AKA Cloud Insoo, Developer
Chris has spent most of his life involved with computers and programming. He began his
programming career at the age of 9 on an Atari 400 and went on to obtain a BS in Electrical
Engineering at the University of Maine in Orono. Chris has had 11+ years of engineering
experience developing particle accelerator technology for the semiconductor industry,
being involved in both hardware and software design and is a co-author on a number of
patents. In addition to hardware & software development, Chris has expanded his skills by
working with 2D and 3D drafting and graphics programs over the years including CorelDraw,
PhotoImpact, AutoCAD and ProEngineer among others.
Nancy Ritchie - AKA Nancy Richey, Designer
With over 15 years of marketing and sales experience, Nancy's successes in
developing, planning and promotion with companies large and small have served
her well in the virtual world. At Long & Foster, Realtors, Inc®, she is
responsible for analyzing market trends, developing and implementing strategies and
performing cost-benefit analysis. Using such tools as Publisher and Photoshop, she
creates flyers, brochures and other print advertising on a regular basis. In Second Life,
she uses these tools and others to create clothing, products and events for many popular
destinations.
Always with an eye to future and an eagerness to learn, she has a hands-on approach and
uses every opportunity to gain and master new skills. With strong interpersonal skills
and the ability to perceive client needs, Nancy quickly discerns the latest trends and
uses them to surpass client goals.
Eric M. Scharf - AKA Ricky Schmooz, Consultant
Eric has been involved with the entertainment software industry since 1991. Through
various production and senior level capacities, he has taken part in the development
of a wide variety of entertainment software, covering a broad spectrum of genres, spanning
several hardware platforms, for a large number of developers, including Activision,
Nova Logic, Adrenalin Entertainment, FASA Interactive, Angel Studios, Eagle Interactive,

Michelle Colombo - AKA Devotchka Dagger, Artist
Michelle is a college student majoring in Arts, Languages, and Literature. Working as
graphic designer and translator, she is a Photoshop veteran who spends too much time lurking
the web while waiting for The Great Pumpkin. As the seasons pass, she prepares for a long
winter and tries to protect herself from predators.
